Answers, travel guidance and a friendly way to get in touch.
Can I travel on these sailings today?
No. This is a working demonstration of the proposed BlueWave platform. Sample sailings and tickets do not represent operational services or authorise boarding.
How do I book a multi-city or return trip?
Open Ferry routes and tick the sailings you want. Continue with your selected itinerary. Each leg must start where the previous leg ends, with at least 30 minutes between arrival and departure. For a return journey, choose a later sailing back to your departure port.
How are prices calculated?
Economy fare is the base fare multiplied by the sailing's demand factor. Premium adds the listed cabin surcharge. Meals cost ₹200 per traveller per leg. The server checks the final fare and available seats when you confirm. All displayed prices are demo values.
Can I cancel a booking?
Open My journeys, view the ticket and select Cancel booking. Demo bookings may be cancelled before the first departure. Seats are released immediately. No refunds are issued because no payment was collected.
Are hotels, taxis and cargo confirmed instantly?
These services use an enquiry workflow. Submit your requirements and check the request status in My journeys. A team member must confirm availability and provide a quote.
